Subscription Policy
We’ve introduced subscriptions to make it easier to keep your dog’s regular supplements on hand, while saving a little along the way.
By choosing a subscription product at checkout, you agree to the following terms.
Subscription Orders
When you subscribe, your selected product will be automatically reordered and charged at the frequency you choose.
Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it.
Subscription Discount
Subscription orders receive the subscription discount displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Discount codes and other promotional offers cannot be used in addition to the subscription discount unless otherwise stated.
Payments
By starting a subscription, you authorise Chadwick Nutrition to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order.
If a payment is unsuccessful, we may attempt to process the payment again. Your subscription order may be delayed until payment has been successfully processed.

- Change your next order date
- Update your delivery frequency
- Update your payment or shipping details
- Skip an upcoming order
- Cancel your subscription
- Any changes should be made before your next subscription order has been processed.
Cancelling Your Subscription
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription through your customer account.
Cancellation applies to future subscription orders. If an order has already been processed before your subscription is cancelled, we will not be able to stop or refund that order.
Pricing
Subscription prices may change from time to time.If the price of a product included in your subscription changes, we will provide notice before charging the new subscription price where required.
Shipping
Standard Chadwick Nutrition shipping rates and shipping policies apply to subscription orders unless otherwise stated.
Please make sure your delivery details are kept up to date. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address where the shipping information on your account was not updated before the order was processed.
Returns & Refunds
Our standard Returns & Refunds Policy also applies to subscription purchases.
Nothing in this Subscription Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
