At Chadwick Nutrition, we want your order to reach you smoothly and promptly. To help with this, it is each customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again for us to resend the order to the correct address.
If the parcel cannot be delivered and is being held by the postal service or courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the relevant delivery service to arrange collection or delivery. Chadwick Nutrition is not responsible for any delays, fees, or loss arising from the customer’s failure to do so.
Chadwick Nutrition does not accept liability for parcels that are lost, delayed, or not delivered due to incorrect, missing, or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, taxes, or customs charges set by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Chadwick Nutrition.
Shipping charges paid at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
